OSWEGO, Ill. (WLS) -- The family of a 2-year-old boy who was killed when a car crashed into an Oswego Portillo's last month is now suing the restaurant chain.
The parents of Finnegan McKee held a news conference on Friday morning.

They claim the Portillo's parking lot design and lack of safety barriers created a deadly hazard.
Several other people were hurt in the crash last month and have also sued.
Police say the crash appears to be an accident.
ABC7 reached out to Portillo's for comment but did not immediately hear back.
