BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Police Department said three young siblings were arrested for allegedly breaking into Howell Community Park’s pool in July.

Police were able to identify the trio positively and charged three juvenile siblings, ages 12, 11, and 10, with Unauthorized Entry of a Business and then released them to their parents, pending their court date.

The other juvenile seen in the video is 7 years old.

Police said during the course of their investigation, it was learned that the guns seen in the video were BB guns purchased by their father, and police say the juveniles allegedly painted the orange tips black to make them appear real.
