ROCKWOOD, Mich. (WNEM) – A man who went missing after attending the Michigan Renaissance Festival in Holly has been found dead, according to the Rockwood Police Department.

Police said that Jacob Angeles’ body was found in Crawford County.

Foul play does not appear to be involved, police said, adding further details will not be released as it is an active investigation.

The department is thanking the public for providing hundreds of tips to try and help find Angeles, as well as the several other agencies involved, including the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, Roscommon County Sheriff’s Office, the Wyandotte Police Department, Mt Morris Twp Police, Flushing Police Dept, and others.
