TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Tempe police say two men have been arrested and a smoke shop is now closed after they were illegally selling marijuana and THC products.

According to Tempe PD, members of the department’s ACTION Team were tipped off in May that “Smoke Station” inside Arizona Mills Mall was selling marijuana and THC goods despite not being a licensed dispensary.

Later that month, on May 31, the department conducted a search warrant with the help of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, which led to two arrests and the seizure of more than 2,100 items, according to police.
