Five more cases of measles have been reported in Oconto County, state health officials said Aug. 22.

These cases are related to the nine cases reported in the county earlier this month. That indicates the disease is spreading in the community.

The 14 cases that have now been identified range in age from 7 months to 53 years. None have been hospitalized.

The majority of cases have not been vaccinated for measles, state health officials said.
