ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A father will serve a 14-year prison sentence over the death of his baby. Adam Garcia pleaded no contest after he brought his five-month-old daughter to the hospital with a brain bleed back in 2022. She died a month later.

During his sentence, Garcia will not be allowed to contact his two other children.
