YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A vacant piece of property on Youngstown's East Indianola Avenue, where Woodside Hospital once stood, is where Wallick Development of the Columbus area wants to build new apartments.

The details were contained in an August 20 letter to Youngstown City Council, with the developer requesting comments on the project's impact on the community.

The proposal calls for 120 units to be built among five buildings, along with a clubhouse. They would be 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Tenants would be income-restricted to households earning up to 60% of the area median income.
