Developers of Jacksonville Surf Park applied to the city for its lagoon design in eTown at a project cost of $20 million.

The proposed scope of work includes a surf lagoon and ancillary support structures on the currently unimproved site at 11525 ETown Parkway .

The permit shows the surf park is planned on 44.85 acres southwest of the Florida 9B and Interstate 295 interchange in South Jacksonville.

Aventuur Jax Propco LLC owns the land. Prosser | Prime AE is the civil engineer.
