CHAPEL HILL, Texas — Eighth graders at Chapel Hill Junior High are getting hands-on experience that could set them up for future careers in the world of technology.

"It's all about empowering them to compete in an ever-changing world," Tech Dogs instructor Micheal Wright said.

At Chapel Hill Junior High, these kids, who are known as the Tech Dogs, are putting their skills to the test in a technology-driven world.

"So, we give them an opportunity to get in front of computers, research them really hard, and then fix them," Wright said.

In its second year, this rigorous program supports students and staff with their tech needs without ever having to leave the school.
