EUCLID, Ohio — Police say the driver accused in a hit-and-run incident that injured a 14-year-old girl in Euclid has turned herself in.

According to the Euclid Police Department , the crash happened this past Tuesday around 3:44 p.m. at the intersection of East 200th Street and Lake Shore Boulevard. Investigators said the teenager was in the crosswalk when she was struck. She sustained minor injuries.

The suspect vehicle was caught on surveillance video. Friday evening, police wrote on Facebook that the suspect had surrendered to authorities and is now facing charges.
