KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A convicted felon in Kansas City has been federally indicted for possessing a machine gun.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri has announced that on Thursday, Aug. 21, Maurquis D. Jennings, 29, of Kansas City, was indicted by a federal grand jury for being a felon in possession of a machine gun.

Court documents indicated that Jennings has been charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a machine gun. The indictment alleged that he possessed a Glock, Model 20 Gen5, 10mm fully automatic pistol and a Glock, Model 30 Gen5, .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol.
