TIFFIN, Iowa (KCRG) - Regina and Clear Creek-Amana met for a final tune-up before the high school football season in Tiffin.

Both teams’ offenses return a lot of firepower. Senior Conlan Poynton will lead the CCA offense under center, flanked by returning running backs Ethan Vice and Noah Collis.

Senior Kyle Hess will be under center for the Regals. In Friday’s scrimmage, he had a strong connection with returners Gabriel Hegelheimer, Tate Wallace and Drew Greve.

Clear Creek-Amana will start their season at home against Davenport West. Regina is on the road against Wilton.
