It's a week one series that goes way back: 14 years in a row, Central and Manual have met in week one.
The Crimsons continue to dominate the matchup, winning their sixth straight against Central thanks to a big night from running back Gerian Traynor. The senior is making an early impression as the best running back in the state this season.
Traynor put on a show to start the 2025 high school football season, rushing for 149 yards and scoring four touchdowns as Manual cruised past Central 42-0 in the season opener.
