While Desert Christian Academy had its most successful season ever last year, there were some unknowns heading into Friday's opener as they welcomed a new head coach and turned over the reins of the offense to a freshman quarterback in their first-ever game against Twentynine Palms.

The Conquerors went up the hill and had all the right answers to any questions they might have had in a convincing 36-12 victory over the Wildcats. The win proves that Desert Christian Academy may be even more dangerous this year.
