YORK — When CD East’s captains put white roses in their teeth, Tyshaun Pollard earned his flowers, too.
Pollard, a Panthers grad of 2017, made his head coaching debut for his alma mater, York High, on Friday at the third annual York Rose Bowl Kickoff Classic. Trailing by 6 points late in the third quarter, the Panthers blossomed with 22 unanswered to go the distance.
