Millions of drivers will have to adapt to tougher motoring laws set to be imposed by the Government.

Details have emerged of a new Road Safety Strategy set to be published in September.

And it is set to feature some of the biggest driving law changes for decades.

These are some of the key changes expected to be announced:

Drink-driving

The drink-drive limit in England and Wales is set to be slashed from 35 micrograms in 100ml of breath to 22 micrograms. This is already the limit in Scotland.

This means people will no longer be able to drink as much alcohol and stay under the limit.
