The New England Patriots wrapped up their preseason campaign on Thursday night with a blowout 42-10 loss at the hands of the New York Giants. With some big decisions ahead of him, head coach Mike Vrabel decided to blow off some steam in unique fashion on Friday night.

With rosters needing to be trimmed down to 53 players on Aug. 26 at 4 p.m. ET, the Patriots are approaching the final phase of the offseason. They already decided to release 14 players on Friday, and there will be a slew of moves getting made over the next few days.

It’s been a hectic offseason for Vrabel, who was hired to replace Jerod Mayo after his disastrous one-year stint with the team. He’s worked on rebuilding the Patriots to his liking, and the early returns have been quite encouraging.
