A house in Morris Plains that sold for $900,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Parsippany-Troy Hills area in the past week.

The area saw a total of 13 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $627,956, or $372 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
