Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a potential arson at the same property where investigators believe a former tenant attempted to harm his former landlord with an improvised explosive device last month, according to Post-Gazette news partner KDKA.

The residence, located at 7901 Route 22 in Salem Township, burned on Friday. Police tell KDKA they don’t yet know who started the blaze. No one was injured, a resident said.

James Sever, 54, of New Alexandria, is accused of placing an explosive device on a riding lawn mower that injured the owner of the now-burned residence on July 20, according to releases from Pennsylvania State Police and Westmoreland County Prosecutor’s Office. When the device began to detonate, the property owner was able to jump off the mower and run to safety.
