CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland Police issued a statewide missing adult alert Saturday morning.

According to the alert, 68-year-old Elton Barnett left the care facility on East 140th Street and failed to return.

Police said he could be in downtown Cleveland in the areas of Prospect, East 105th Street and Glenville.

Barnett is 5′2″ tall and 150 lbs with no hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing an LSW orange hat, brown pants and a multicolored shirt.
