A bus transporting a middle school football team in Pennsylvania crashed Saturday morning.

What we know:

Pittsburgh's Action News 4 reported the crash happened in Beaver County. Their news crew on the scene witnessed damage to the front end of the bus, and saw multiple downed power lines and poles.

The 2025 Aliquippa Jr. High Football team posted on its social media page just before noon that the team had been involved in a bus accident.

The post said each player is being evaluated.

Action 4 News reported that county dispatch told them 21 people had been taken to the hospital.

What we don't know:

Authorities haven’t confirmed the crash or that the team was being transported.

It’s also unclear what caused the crash, or how seriously anyone was hurt
