OAKVILLE, Mo. - A beloved Oakville man known for his kindness lost his only lifeline to independence.
According to 62-year-old Raymond Lord, his truck means the world to him, and now, it’s stolen. Lord told FOX 2 he relies on his vehicle to get to work and get his medicine.
Raymond has worked as a dishwasher at McDonald’s for over five years and has lived independently, despite his disability. But on Wednesday, everything changed.
“I got up at like 7:30/8 o’clock in the morning to use the restroom. And I looked outside, and I saw it was gone,” Lord said.
