The building, owned by Equity Ventures Commercial Development, was given planning clearance in April to remodel 15,539 square feet of the building’s total 58,336 square feet for a tenant that the filing identifies as a grocery store.

The cost of the remodel is estimated at $740,000 and Rogue Architecture, a Denver based architecture firm, is listed as the representative for the project.
