DWI: Nicole M. Andrade, 31, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:07 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Andrade was released to a third party.

DWI: Kaitlyn Elizabeth Baker, 30, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Further information was not immediately available.
