A Texas woman was arrested for allegedly holding a gun on a man she accused of being an illegal immigrant trespassing on her property – while she claimed to be a police officer .

In a Facebook post on Saturday, the Jasper County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of Alishia Blevins, 58, on a charge of making a terroristic threat.

Law enforcement said they responded to a 911 call at a property in Kirbyville, Texas and found a man, who was not named, sitting near his vehicle on a county road. Blevins told police the man was "an illegal immigrant and was trespassing on her property."

When deputies questioned the man, he told them Blevins allegedly pulled a handgun on him and forced him to get out of his vehicle, asking him to present "his proof of insurance, name, cellphone and keys." D
