WARREN COUNTY — A former elementary school teacher in the Parkway district faces a felony charge of downloading child pornography while on school property.

According to police, the man, James Finley III, had 21 or more nude photos of underaged girls in his possession when arrested on Wednesday.

St. Louis County police executed a search warrant at Finley’s Wright City home after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that child pornography had been uploaded at an elementary school in St. Louis County.

During the search, Finley told authorities that he had a child pornography "addiction," according to court records. He was charged Thursday in Warren County, where Wright City is located.
