COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Tropical Storm Fernand has formed over the southwestern Atlantic with maximum sustained winds of 40 MPH.
Fortunately, Fernand will not be an issue for the East Coast. As of the latest forecast track, it will stay out over open waters and to the east of Bermuda as it tracks to the north. It will eventually weaken and become post-tropical by mid-week over the northern Atlantic.
