ROYAL KUNIA (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Fire Department is responding to a wildland fire along Kunia Road.

The report came in at 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Honolulu police have shut down Kunia Road for firefighter operations.

Black smoke can be seen from a distance from surrounding areas.

HFD said no evacuations are needed at this time.
