BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - One Bad Mud Run took place at Phil Moore Park Saturday morning. Over 730 participants faced a 3-mile obstacle course all for a good cause.

The Family Enrichment Center was able to hold a sold out event, which raised over $40,000 to support their programs.

“This raises money for Family Enrichment Center and our programming that we do to serve families here in Warren County, but also around the area. Our mission is to empower families and prevent child abuse,” said Nicki Jones, Executive Director at the Family Enrichment Center.

One family participated in remembrance of Ethan Holder, a student who died from cancer.
