Grandad tore open yellow 'parking ticket' only to find rude note instead
A driver was left stunned after opening a yellow 'parking ticket' only to find a rude note instead. Rob Swaine, a former taxi driver, feels he is being singled out amid tension over parking rules outside his home in Liverpool.
The 68-year-old had left his car parked in a bay near his home opposite HMP Liverpool, on Hornby Road.
Stuck to the windscreen was an official-looking parking ticket but upon opening it, he instead found an intimidating hand-written note. It is not clear who was responsible, but Mr Swaine said it comes amid inconsistent enforcement of his street's two-hour parking limit, reports the Liverpool Echo .
The strong-worded note read: "No parking here s***head. Be told." It is not the first time
