Earlier on Sunday, the Eagles pulled off a trade with the Vikings to bring in quarterback Sam Howell, who will add some depth to the position after Thompson-Robinson and rookie Kyle McCord struggled this preseason. Backup Tanner McKee is also dealing with an injury that could keep him out Week 1.
