CLEVELAND (WJW) -- An investigation is underway following a Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department chase and crash.

The I-Team has learned one person died and two are seriously injured.

A deputy was also injured.

The chase started in downtown Cleveland around 1 a.m. Deputies were following a suspected reckless driver who sped away.
