GUILFORD, Conn. — A two-vehicle crash on I-95 South in Guilford left one man dead and another with minor injuries, according to Connecticut State Police.

The crash occurred on I-91 South near exit 59 when a motorcycle struck another vehicle from behind.

The motorcyclist, identified as Michael Terrio of Killingworth, was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the other vehicle reported minor injuries and was taken to the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop F at 860-399-2100.
