EAST HARTFORD, Conn. — Over the weekend, Pratt and Whitney Stadium in East Hartford hosted the Breezy Bowl concert, part of the 20-year anniversary tour for music artist Chris Brown.

However, some fans were left disappointed by the way the concert venue handled the crowd in the seats and traffic in the parking lot.

“It was honestly a chaotic experience,” said Sierra Kennard.

Kennard and her mother travelled 7 hours from Northern Virginia to East Hartford for the concert and spent thousands of dollars on VIP tickets.

But she says they spent more time trying not to get pushed out of their seats than watching Brown perform.
