This year, we’ve received a record-breaking number of nominations for the Inspire: Celebrating Women’s Leadership Awards — 370 to be exact. That’s 100 more nominations than last year, which was also a record. This speaks volumes about two things: the incredible women in our community and the people who are proud to lift them up.

Nominations come from the public. Being nominated means someone was so inspired by the effort, the grit, the perseverance of a deserving woman, and made the decision to complete a nomination to recognize her. Many of these efforts are done quietly, without expectation of applause or rewards. Inspiring is the best way to describe what reading all those nominations feels like. The women in this community are extraordinary and all nominees are winners in my eyes.
