ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — All NFL teams are required to trim their rosters down the 53 players by 4 p.m. Tuesday.
The Buffalo Bills moved closer to that number on Sunday afternoon when it released seven players. They included:
The team signed Alexander, Reimer, and Young on Aug. 20.
The day before that, Buffalo signed DuBose, who was released Sunday with an injury designation on the waived/injured list. DuBose injured his shoulder on Wednesday during practice, forcing him to miss Saturday night's preseason finale at Tampa Bay.
