VANCOUVER Wash. (KPTV) - A woman reported missing under “suspicious circumstances” on Saturday was safely located Sunday, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

At about 3:30 p.m. Saturday, officers said the missing woman was last known to be with her “estranged boyfriend,” Israel Gonzalez.

Police say they located both the woman and Gonzalez at a home in east Vancouver on Sunday.

SWAT was called to the scene, and Gonzalez was taken into custody on outstanding warrants.

A police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
