( 25News Now ) - The Prairie Central Hawks hope year three under coach Mike Goodwin will be the most successful one yet.

With Dalton Steidinger returning as the QB and a handful of talented weapons, the Hawks’ emphasis has been creating chemistry on the offensive line, which only has two starters coming back.

The Hawks open their 2025 season with a Week One matchup at home against the defending Illini Prairie champs St. Joseph Ogden.
