LYNDHURST, Ohio (WOIO) - A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted a 36-year-old Tennessee man for allegedly killing a man in Lyndhurst earlier this month.
Lyndhurst Police Chief Patrick Rhode said Francisco Volinski shot and killed Dorian Holt, 38.
Volinski was indicted on the charges of murder, felonious assault, having weapons while under disability, involuntary manslaughter, and use of a firearm by a violent criminal.
Chief Rhode said the shooting happened following an argument in Holt’s garage on South Sedgewick Road around 7:15 p.m. on Aug. 8.
The two men did know each other.
Volinski fled the scene and was arrested several hours later, with the help of the U.S. Marshals, in Cincinnati, said Chief Rhode.
