An Ohio mother-to-be was gunned down by her baby's father and two of his alleged pals just hours before she was scheduled to go into induced labor, according to police.

Kayvon Warren, 30, had allegedly asked India Kinamore, 26, to terminate the pregnancy before he enlisted Robert Ervin, 20, and Lamar Morris Suggs, 22, to help kill her on March 4, 2023, in Hamilton County, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer.

Prosecutors said in court Friday that the men were in a group chat together and allegedly teamed up that night to murder Kinamore and her unborn child before she could give birth later that day, the Enquirer reports. The Colerain Township Police Department announced their arrests in a press release Thursday.
