Officials from the Vehicle Theft Investigations Division of the Cicpc arrested Ricardo Alberto Juárez Rivas (33) and Jean Piero José Aguilera Rondón (44) for vehicle theft and resisting authority.

In a report posted on its Instagram account, the CICPC reported that the aforementioned individuals overpowered three elderly people on Los Jabillos Avenue, Santa Rosalía Parish, Caracas. They robbed them of a Chery X1, license plate AC291EB, under threat of death, and fled the scene. Detective commissions immediately began their investigation.
