BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — The fall season is around the corner and with it come leaves of every color, spooky costumes and pumpkins.
Papa's Pumpkin Patch is getting ready to open in about three weeks in Bismarck. The pumpkin patch first opened in 1983 and is returning to Bismarck for its 42nd season on Sunday, September 14.
The patch has nearly 30 varieties of pumpkins and squash available this season. It also features fall photo opportunities and farm play spaces, such as bale mazes, hay rides, and ziplines.
“Papa’s is all about pumpkins, pictures, and play,” general manager Cory Finneman said in a press release. “We provide old-fashioned family fun, a place for friends and family to connect outdoors and celebrate the season. It’s truly a community pumpkin patch.” Finneman expects approxi
