CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) police launched an investigation late Friday after two people were shot near an apartment building.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. at CMHA’s 6201 Haltnorth Walk in Cleveland.

CHMA police said first, a man showed up to the YHaven on Woodland Avenue with shooting injuries.

Officers later learned he was shot on Haltnorth Walk and responded there to find a second victim.

Police said the man was shot in the calf, while the woman was shot in the shoulder.

Both people are expected to be OK.

There’s no word on arrests at this time. The shooting remains under investigation.
