McDonald’s says it plans on reducing prices in the coming weeks in response to customer frustrations. According to CNN, the fast-food giant has worked with franchisees to offer a discount for customers who order combo meals rather than ordering a la carte.

Starting next month, customers who buy a combo meal will save 15% over the cost of ordering the items individually. McDonald’s agreed to provide financial support to franchisees in order to lower the cost of the combos.

While a price drop is coming for combo meals, it doesn’t appear that prices will decrease for individual items. McDonald’s will continue to offer deals in its app, but the fixed menu prices will not be discounted.

The move comes after McDonald’s customers complained about the rising costs of eating at the restaurants
