LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A community meeting is being held Wednesday regarding the many changes coming to this year's Bourbon and Beyond and Louder Than Life festivals.

Louisville Metro Council member Betsy Ruhe will host the informational community meeting as the massive music festivals prepare to relocate to new grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

The meeting, held in partnership with event producers Danny Wimmer Presents, is scheduled for Aug. 27 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza’s Russell Shelby Room, located at 830 Phillips Lane.

This year marks a significant shift as both festivals move from the Highland Festival Grounds to the Fairgrounds property, a change that will affect traffic pattern
