RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - With more than two months until race day, the Allianz Richmond Marathon has sold out.

“Our Waiting List is now open. Waiting List members will be notified of open spots as they become available. Once notified, you will have 48 hours to claim your spot and complete registration,” the race posted on social media .

Earlier Monday, the race posted that only 25 spots remained.

“We’re blown away by your incredible support this year — selling out this early is beyond what we imagined," the marathon posted.
