COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) - The man arrested after a missing child was found in Council Bluffs had his bond set Monday.
Devon Miller, 30, had his bond set at $1 million in Pottawattamie County Court.
Miller’s preliminary hearing is set for September 2.
An investigation after the girl was found led to the arrest of Miller and a search of his apartment. Miller was taken into custody without incident.
As a result of the investigation, Miller was arrested with probable cause for 1st Degree Kidnapping. Miller also had arrest warrants from Story County, Iowa. He was lodged in Pottawattamie County Jail without bond.
