FLORISSANT, Mo. — Numerous firefighters from both the Florissant Valley Fire Protection District and the Black Jack Fire Protection District are responding to reports of a possible home explosion north of St. Louis .

Reports of the explosions started coming in at around 9:14 a.m. on Monday morning. Dispatchers told 5 On Your Side they received multiple calls for a house explosion near North Highway 67.

At least one person is severely injured and three others have minor injuries, dispatchers said. There are no fatalities at this time.

"It felt like an earthquake," a neighbor named Nuni told 5 On Your Side at the scene. "It shook my whole house. My ceiling fan fell down...I ran out to see what happened and I saw a lot of smoke and a lot of people coming out. The whole community is devas
