(NewsNation) — Students at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville were alerted that there is a report of an active shooter on campus.

In a text alert sent out Monday afternoon, students were advised to stay away from the area of Mullins Library, according to NewsNation affiliate KNWA. The library is in a central area of the university campus, a few blocks east of the college’s football stadium.

It is the main library facility on campus, according the university’s website, and houses offices and study spaces in addition to the books, computer lab and special collections.

The alert at the University of Arkansas comes days after three other college campuses were locked down after reports of active shooters. Villanova University and the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga were locked down
