REIDSVILLE, GA. (WSAV) — The Reidsville Police Department (RPD) is asking the public's help in locating a missing woman who suffers from dementia.

Carolyn Culbreth, 78, went missing on Monday at approximately 9:30 a.m. after leaving her residence near Optim Hospital.

She has gray short hair, hazel eyes and is wearing tan pajamas with stars on them. She is 5'6'', weighs approximately 200 lbs., and she may be accompanied by a small dog.
